Guess the city in the Google Maps geography game

Google introduced a fun new game this week that tests players in geography . It is " Smarty Pins " a game where you have to guess the city by answering a question, putting a Google Maps Pin on it.
The game is based on Google Maps and offers an application, with a 15 second timer and kilometers on the right. Kilometers are not points but lives can be considered: when you make a mistake, the further you go from the correct answer, the more kilometers are taken off the counter and, obviously, when you get to zero the game ends. To answer the question, drag the pin in the center to the right city on the map and then click the confirmation button.
The questions are in English, but easy to understand and also to answer if you know the chosen topic. The topic can be chosen before starting the game (by clicking on select a category ) and can be general, sports and games, science and geography, art and culture, history trivia, or select from a list of categories, including entertainment, sports and games, history and current affairs, art and culture, science and geography and leading topics among which questions about the World Cup are now found.
The goal is to correctly answer as many questions as possible before the number of kilometers reaches zero. If you answer before the time runs out, then in 15 seconds, you can earn bonus points. Smarty Pins uses Google Maps as a game board so players can zoom in and out on the map to find places and cities.
Since this game has been withdrawn by Google, there are alternatives as seen in the article on the best games based on Google Maps, set in the real world
