Smartphones, whether they are Samsung Galaxy, Nexus, Huawei, LG or Moto G, are now almost more used to take photos than to make calls, but often have the problem of memory to save all the photos. For example, with this app I compressed a photo of 720 × 1280 resolution whose size was about 820 KB with a compression rate of 76 and I got a photo with 87 KB size, without any loss of quality.
However, if you think the image quality has gone down too much, you can repeat the process and try a different compression rate.
After confirmation of compression, the new compressed photo is automatically saved.
With this application it is also possible to resize and crop images.
2) Reduce Photo Size is the most popular and effective app for reducing photos without quality loss.
Here too you only have to choose whether to resize the photo or compress it and then change the resolution.
3) Photo & Picture Resizer is another free Android application to reduce the size of photos, even more than one in one process.
4) Photoczip compresses photos and images of JPG and PNG format for compression and has no advertising.
5) Photo Compress allows you to compress photos by choosing the quality to be maintained, if low, normal, high.
You can compress multiple photos together and choose in which folder to save the reduced photos.
6) Image Shrink is another Android application for compressing and reducing cell phone images and photos.
This handy application resizes images by reducing their size.
The app is completely free and supports JPEG, BMP and PNG formats.
In the main interface there are folders with photos and with the smaller ones.
Then open the photo folder, select those to be narrowed and then press the Shrink button.
Below you can choose whether to keep the original files and not delete them and how much should be resized.
You can choose a small 640x480 format to the larger 1920x1080 format.
If you are not satisfied, you can also use a custom format keeping the proportions.
The application also allows you to share photos on Whatsapp, via MMS, on Facebook or in other ways, automatically compressing the image according to certain pre-configured settings.
Image Shrinker is automatically added to the image sharing options in Android.
From the Gallery, for example, just open a photo and then press the share button at the top.
