9 illegal actions we do on the internet

We all, at least once, downloaded a song from the internet without paying for it, for free, by carrying out an illegal action or theft of copyrighted material that is prosecuted by law. We know that this is illegal, but we also know that it will be practically impossible to receive sanctions so unless we have a certain moral code we do it anyway. This is just an example of an action on the limits of legality that we can do, every day on the internet. Even if we consider ourselves honest people, we could say that every time you try to access, download or view something that is free of charge for free, you are probably taking illegal action on the internet.
In this article we try to find out what is illegal on the internet, 9 things for which it will be very difficult to be discovered, which are however liable to complaints to even for Italian law.
Premise : Whoever writes this article can be considered an internet expert, but he is not a lawyer and has not studied law.
The article is of pure opinion, based on unofficial scattered sources and inspired by a post on the American blog Mashable, with an adaptation to the Italian reality.
For this reason, it must be read more as a curious and funny post than as a legal document.
Each of these points would therefore deserve specific study and further research.
After this necessary premise, we see here 9 illegal things we do or have done in the past on the internet, without knowing it or knowing that we would never have been caught.
1) Downloading movies and music from the internet or from p2p programs or even watching streaming movies from sites that are not allowed to broadcast them is, of course, illegal and there is no need to explain why.
2) Watching online TV channels from unofficial sites is illegal, as is watching football games or other streaming sports competitions.
3) Using pirated programs on your computer is illegal and this also applies to the Windows operating system which must have a regularly purchased license.
4) Selling on Ebay or on other sites items can be illegal if you do it continuously over time without declaring the profits to the taxman.
5) Sending private messages on Facebook or via Email to many people together about a business to advertise is spam and can be illegal .
Spam is one of the worst cybercrimes, which, even if small, is usually done by people who invade private mailboxes with advertisements of the party to a local, a book to buy, a site to read or other .
6) If you insult someone on the internet or on Facebook you can be reported, this is especially true if the particularly aggressive and annoying behavior becomes continuous and evolves into Cyberstalking or digital cyber-bullying. It is also illegal to steal someone's identity and defame them on social networks.
7) Connecting to the neighbor's Wifi network by stealing his password or even if he leaves it free, is illegal and there are not many discussions about this. Of course then, as for other points of this article, one account is the theory, one account the practice. If I realized that someone stole my wifi connection that I left free, rather than filing a complaint that will not bring much, I would do much earlier to protect the network.
8) Publish copyrighted photos and images on the internet, on your blog or even on Facebook.
Not everyone knows that the photos and images that are so easily searchable on Google, can have rights of use and cannot be used for their commercial projects or uploaded to their blog without paying for their license. Instead, it is allowed to reshare the photo that the author quotes (but there must be a Creative Commons license) and can pass (perhaps) if the photo is degraded or very small so as not to be recognizable.
9) Unlocking the mobile phone making it compatible with other SIM cards is now illegal (at least in the USA)
For example, if I buy a mobile phone on loan for use with the 3, if I want to use it with another card I would have to pay the 3, even after the end of the loan for use. Jailbreak, root or other unlocking procedures that open the smartphone's operating system to install additional software is not illegal.
