Translation of messages on Whatsapp and Messenger into Italian from other languages

That of automatic translators was truly a revolutionary invention, one of the most useful technologies ever in the entire panorama of applications.
Thanks to instant translations it becomes much easier to speak with people from all over the world, even if they speak languages other than ours.
If you often communicate in chat with foreign people who speak in languages we don't know or if we want to know the precise meaning of what is written to not misunderstand anything, you can use some special applications that provide instant message translation.
It therefore becomes possible to chat on Whatsapp or Facebook Messenger with anyone, obtaining instant and automatic translation of the messages, quickly translating our replies to send them in the foreign language.
This can be done for both Italian and English, French, German and any other language in the world .
Automatic and simultaneous translations of messages when chatting with a foreigner who speaks another language on Messenger, on Whatsapp, on Skype or on any other chat application, can be obtained free of charge on Android smartphones or with an app at payment on iPhone.
The Auto Translate of messages in chats on Android apps is based on Google Translate, an app that everyone should already have and that can be downloaded for free from the Google Play Store, with its immediate translation function from each app .
This way there is no need to copy and paste some text on the translation application, but you can get the translated message immediately without leaving the chat screen.

To configure the translator on Whatsapp, Messenger, Skype and other chats you only need to activate this function.
Open Google Translate on Android and touch to activate the " touch to translate " function.
If it is not visible immediately, it can be activated by touching the menu button at the top left and then going to Settings.
To make this tool work well, here it is convenient not only to turn on the Activate switch, but also the Show notification switch.
At this point, once the "Touch to translate" function is activated, in any chat or messenger application, simply touch and hold the message received in a foreign language and then press the floating Google Translate button to be able to read it translated.
From the same box you can then press the "new translation" button and write the reply of the message in Italian to see it translated in real time into the selected language.
Still without leaving the app in which you are chatting, you can then copy and paste the answer to be sent already translated as if we had written it.
This message translation trick works well on Android with all chat apps, including Facebook Messenger and Skype as well as Whatsapp.
In Whatsapp, to make a copy of a message received in the chat, you need to touch it and hold it down to select it and then press the button with three dots at the top right to find the "Copy".
Google Translate for iPhone can also be used to translate chat and Messenger messages, but it's a much more limited feature.
You must first copy the message to be translated, then touch the 3D Touch key to return to the Home screen and then touch and hold on the Google Translate icon to use the quick Paste and translate option.
Alternatively, you can use Microsoft's free SwiftKey app for Android and iPhone which in its latest version integrates the instant translator of received messages and allows you to automatically send the messages we write in the desired language.
The Microsoft translator works in real time in SwiftKey, supports 60 languages and works with every chat application, including Whatsapp and Messenger.
For Android and especially for iPhone there would also be another app for instant translation of messages in Whatsapp and other Messenger apps, which is free only for a trial period and then requires a subscription, but it works very well.
It is iTranslate (iPhone and Android, which works within chats as an alternative keyboard.
On iPhone, after installing it, to change keyboard on iPhone, go to Settings> General> Keyboard> Keyboards to add iTranslate.
When you now open a chat in WhatsApp or in iMessage or in Messenger, you can touch the globe icon to change the keyboard and select iTranslate.
The foreign language messages can then be translated by selecting them by keeping your finger pressed on them, then clicking on Copy.
