Write the minutes of a meeting professionally quickly and clearly on the Minutes.io website

Anyone who works or will work in a company or for a consultancy project of any kind, could be delegated to write the minutes of the meetings .
Typically this task is assigned to the youngest but it is not said even the most experienced consultant or project manager may have such a need.
Every time a meeting takes place, there is a need to keep precise documentation of what has been discussed and decided, indicating what actions will be taken in the coming days.
Once (well, still today) the minutes were written with pen and paper, then they were copied in a good copy to the computer to share it with all the meeting participants.
Today the consultant or the modern employee writes the minutes directly on the computer, or rather on a touchscreen iPad.
For this purpose, a very useful web application has come out that makes the drafting of the minutes more professional, faster and clearer .
Minutes.io is a free site with an interface made for writing meeting minutes and easily sharing them with other people .
The application is really simple and provides a well-formatted sheet of text with a few fields where you can write the meeting participants, the date and the place where it is held.
You can change the title and write the day of the week in Italian in the form you want.
Under the heading there is a kind of table where you can write the minutes in the form of an organized and clear lineup.
For each item of the report, the typology can be specified in the first field: if it is something decided, if it is something to do, if it is information or if it is an idea.
The second field is where to describe what is said, decided or voted on.
On the right you can write, for each item on the agenda that goes to make up the minutes, the name of the person who intervened or who voted and, possibly, the date set in case it is something to do.
There are also several automatisms: the date is entered automatically and the participants are identified by a letter.
Once the report has been concluded, you can press the V key at the top left, reread it and, again using the Minutes.io buttons, send it via Email or print the report .
A link is also generated for each report so you can always read it on the internet.
The application was made in JavaScript and not in Flash so it works very well on an iPad too.
Even if Minutes.io does not allow you to change the graphic setting of the report, it incorporates all the characteristics to write a report in a workmanlike manner: to write for those who were not there, only the important things, with clear form, summary and ladder drawn up in sequence, where decisions made from generic information and ideas are distinguished.
