Most of the desktop clients for Facebook are really nice to look at because they are developed with Silverlight only which, in general, consume a lot of resources.
1) Facebook for Windows 10 is the official app to open Facebook as an application on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 PCs.
As you will notice as soon as you install it, it is truly cured and well done graphically.
It fully replicates the complete functions of Facebook and therefore allows you to see the status of friends or fan pages in a chronological and continuous flow, to look at the photos, to scroll through the links and the published news, to upload photos with a simple drag, to read private messages and to update your wall and status.
2) Another nice Facebook Login client, always in Silverlight is FishBowl .
This program has an interface similar to that of the Facebook.com site and allows you to do all operations, including chat .
The problem is that it hasn't been updated since 2011.
3) Sobees Desktop is a lighter program even if the client still suffers from some slowness and difficulty in capturing information.
