Microsoft Outlook for Android, iPhone and iPad, new mail app for all accounts

Microsoft has released its new application to send and read emails, Microsoft Outlook, for Android smartphones and tablets and for iPhone and iPad.
Those who had the old application will therefore have to uninstall it and download the new one which is completely different from the previous one, clearly better.
Outlook for Android and iOS is not a real novelty because it is an app already present for some time in the stores called Acompli, which changes its name after being acquired by Microsoft.
Microsoft Outlook is an app developed to work with any email, IMAP or POP account (for now I don't think it works with Exchange servers) and can therefore be used to receive and send email with outlook.com, hotmail addresses. com, live.com, gmail.com, yahoo.it and any other mail provider.
The application, which as mentioned is identical to Acompli, has some innovative features for a mobile mail app, such as that of priority mail .
The new Outlook application separates mail into two tabs, sorting important emails into a priority section.
The choice of which messages should be considered important is made automatically on the basis of the selections made manually by the user while using the application.
If you move a type of mail to priority mail, then Outlook learns it and will mark future similar messages as important.
At the same time, it will try to limit the messages coming from automatic newsletters, providing a link to unsubscribe from them .
Important emails that you do not have time to reply to or that require some attention can instead be handled later and marked in order to receive a new notification after a certain period of time.
The Outlook interface on iPhone and Android is very similar to that of Gmail as regards the movements to be made on the touch screen .
You can then swipe a message left or right to archive it, delete it, move it, mark it as read or unread.
The search for emails is also very effective and allows you to find sent or received messages or even attached documents by typing a few letters.
Another important feature of Outlook on Android and iOS is the integration with the calendar, to quickly manage the invitations received and appointments, in order to give a quick response.
With Outlook you can send files not only saved in the mobile memory, but also present in your Dropbox or Onedrive cloud archives or attachments received in other emails.
You can download Microsoft Outlook for Android (for now in beta) or for iPhone and iPad .
Outlook is definitely one of the best Android apps to read and send Email and also an excellent alternative to the Mail app on iPhone and iPad .
