Real 360 degree photos of Italian streets on Google Street View

Finally also in Italy Google Street View has been released, the Google maps service is enriched with 360-degree street photographs.
In reality it was not an absolute novelty in Italy, once the Visual Pagine Gialle site allowed to virtually explore and explore the streets of Italy (now no longer).

To access Street View just go to //maps.google.it/, zoom in a bit on the frame and then press the mouse and hold down the button on the little yellow man who is at the bottom left.
The little man can be dragged on the road to look virtually in 3D.
Only blue colored streets can be viewed in Streetview mode.
You can also open Street View as an app for Android and iPhone, with touchscreen controls.
The surprising thing is precisely the very high level of detail of the panoramic photographs on which you can zoom very accurately and which can be viewed in full screen.
The height of the photographs is that of a pickup truck, the license plates of the cars are full and the faces of the people faded even if they are genuinely recognizable.
Another advantage of the Street View service is the fluidity in rotating the image and walking on the streets.
It is useless to underline how useful it is to see the streets live when looking for indications or points of reference to go to unknown places.
The photos are quite recent, maybe a month or so ago.
In the Street View gallery of the monuments and the best places photographed by Google. it is possible to visit many cultural places in a virtual way, turn in and around and view photographs of every detail .
