Download of Facebook photos based on the name tagged

One of the best features of Facebook and one of the most successful factors of the most popular social network in the world, is that of photo albums and personal images, which allows everyone to upload an unlimited number of photographs to share with whoever you want.
For each photo uploaded, you can then put the "tag", which means that the name of a person who has a profile is associated with the one that appears in the photo.
In this way it becomes easy to be able to see all the photos of a profile, both those that he or she has uploaded, and those uploaded by his friends who have tagged him / her.
In another article I said that to download and save on your pc your photos and Facebook albums or those of friends or anyone else (as long as you make them public), you can use a Firefox extension called FacePad or some small programs like Photo Download.
On this occasion we see another program, done really well, which allows the download of all the photos in which you have been tagged and those personal or friends.
This is really useful also because, these images saved online, it is not guaranteed that they will always be available, perhaps, the person who uploaded them, suddenly deletes them and does not make them more visible or the friend is banned and his profile disappears together to photos.
It is possible to save Facebook images individually in the traditional "save image" method, but if there were many photos, it is done much earlier with a program called PhotoGrabber .
To get started, download the Photograbber program that is available for Mac and for Windows Xp, Vista and Win7.
After downloading the file, just unzip the archive and extract its contents, without doing any installation.
A very nice feature of PhotoGrabber is that the file to be launched, pg.exe, is a standalone executable and works even if you move it to a USB stick.
On the program window you must log in to Facebook with your credentials, and allow the program to have access to the contents of your profile.
To download the photos you can now click on " I want to Download "; Photograbber then shows a list with all your friends, including yourself.
To download all the photos in which your name appears with the tag and therefore where you have been tagged, simply select " Myself " and click on the large button that says " Begin Download ".
Before the download begins, you must select the folder on your computer where to save the photos and then click on Ok.
In Facebook, unfortunately or fortunately, the photos are always quite small so the download, even if the photos were many, is still fast.
When the photos are all downloaded, you can obviously go and see them, comfortably from your computer and rename them as you want.
You can repeat this process to download the photos where a friend or contact has been tagged, just press on his name instead of Myself in the selection screen.
Facebook PhotoGrabber is therefore a good alternative to save a personal copy of the photos with the tag, from Facebook.
Keeping in mind the other methods to download Facebook photos and save entire albums, I invite you to report other ways to download images and photos from this large social network.
To conclude, I would like to remind you that, if you don't want to, you can remove the tags from the photos and it is also possible not to be tagged by any friend or by automatic applications (those that generate various images that tag a thousand people all together).
