How to best manage my orders on Amazon

Amazon is a huge store, where you can buy almost anything and that many people start using even daily to buy food online.
If you make many orders, it is important to keep them under control, in order to track shipments, know how much you are spending and, in case of problems, to know the references to give to customer service.
To see the orders made, that is what was bought, on Amazon, you need to open the account, move the mouse over my account in the upper right corner and click on " My orders ".
The list of all orders appears, both completed and in progress.
A filter can also be applied to limit the list to orders from the last 30 days, to those from the last six months or from one year in particular.
At the top there is a search bar, to find an old order without having to scroll through all of them.
Unfortunately, there is no way to view and download the order list, which would be useful to find and buy a product quickly (it can only be done on Amazon.com).
Each order should have different buttons which vary by state.
Those who are always there are those to track the parcel, to buy an item included in the order, to leave feedback on delivery, to write a review, to return an item, to hide the order and then, if the seller was outside, to give feedback on the seller.
There is also the link to view or request the invoice and a link on the order details.
If the order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it and you will find the relevant button.
An order can always be canceled within 30 minutes, otherwise it can depend on the seller.
The button for tracking the order is the most important for knowing when the package is expected to be delivered and, in case of problems, for checking where it stopped and if it has been damaged and therefore returned automatically.
We have already written on what to do if an Amazon package is not delivered, noting that customer service is always ready to replace or refund the order made.
Note that it is now possible to contact customer service via chat, without calling, by communicating in real time with an operator.
If you want to return an item, you will have one month from the receipt and just follow the guided procedure to request a refund and to send the package back (note that often it is not necessary to send it alone because the carrier will pick it up).
The option to hide an order is to archive them and no longer see them in the general list.
At the moment the functionality is in beta, that is in the trial phase and, therefore, limited to 100 orders maximum.
Ideally, archiving should be used for orders purchased more than once or for products that are expected to be no longer bought.
The hidden orders are however visible by clicking the button at the top of the general list.
