How to disable Ok Google and Narrator on Android

Google Assistant is the voice assistant of Android smartphones, the one that answers all kinds of questions and can be called by saying the command " OK Google " aloud. The Google assistant works well, it is really powerful and useful, able to give answers on almost everything, to read by voice messages and notifications and also to execute commands on the smartphone without having to touch it.
However, the fact remains that those who use mobile phones in a more traditional way and those who are not interested in virtual assistants or voice commands, even if they are not used to using them, may want to disable this function . The voice assistant can be annoying to those who do not use it also because it opens every time you press and hold the Home button or if you swipe your finger from the bottom up on the screen (depending on the phone) or by speaking alone even when not called. Do not overlook the fact that Google records what we say verbally, which could be a problem for privacy.
