The most important PC keys to know and know how to use

We recently wrote about how it is possible and easy to use a computer without a mouse, using only the computer keyboard which, in many cases, is really more comfortable.
In fact, there are operations on the PC that can be done by clicking in various windows or at different points on the screen or, much faster and directly, using a key or pressing two or three keys together on the keyboard.
Since the list of shortcut keys is long enough and you risk getting lost, we see, in this article to be learned by heart, the most important keys to press on a Windows PC, those that everyone should know and know how to use .
Anyone who insists on using the mouse to do everything and has never used keyboard shortcuts will realize how useful certain keys can be.
1) Copy, Cut, Paste
Copy, cut and paste are the most common and frequent operations that are done on a computer.
With the mouse you have to select a text or a file, press the right button, then left click on Copy or Cut, then go to the new position, press the right button and again the left to do Paste.
If instead you write a text, without removing your hands from the keyboard just select the phrase to copy, press CTRL-C for Copy or CTRL-X for size and then, in the new position, press CTRL-V to paste.
If this is to be repeated several times, put the left hand on the mouse to select files or texts and the right on the keyboard putting the little finger on the CTRL key and the thumb on XCV.
In this way every operation becomes very fast.

2) Windows key + Search
The Windows key is particularly important on Windows 8 where it opens the Start screen, but also in Windows 7 where it opens the Start menu.
In both cases, you can search on the computer by pressing the Windows key and then typing the name of the program or file to be found.
For example, if you have to open Firefox, just press the Windows key, start writing Firefox and press Enter when it appears selected.
This is a quick way to launch programs, to open files and also to quickly find control panel options without getting lost with the eye.
3) Search on the page or in a file
To quickly search in a document, on a web page or in a PDF, with almost all PC programs and certainly with all browsers, just press the Ctrl + F keys.
Generally, you can also press Enter to scroll through all the times when that word appears on a page.
4) Switch between applications and tabs
Instead of clicking with the mouse on the buttons of the taskbar at the bottom or selecting the windows, on a Windows PC just press the Alt + Tab keys to switch from one window to another.
Another article describes all the ways to use Alt + Tab to switch from one window to another.
To move between the browser tabs, in Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer etc., press the Ctrl + Tab keys to move to the next one, Ctrl + Shift + Tab to scroll in the opposite direction.

To go forward or backward while browsing, just press the Backspace key (the arrow to the left) to go back one page and Shift - Backspace to go forward.
To go immediately to write on the address bar, just press Ctrl + L instead.

Ctrl + Alt + Del is the combination to quickly launch the Task Manager or perform other operations, such as logging out.
The task manager is useful for recovering computer use when it crashes and closing hanging processes.
You can also open the task manager with the Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys.
10) Keys in Windows 8
On Windows 8 PCs there are many important keys that open various menus.
